A free customer service training workshop in collaboration with Chick-fil-A and the Southern Butler County Business Association will take place from 8 to 10 a.m. Nov. 12 at Discovery Church, 170 Scharberry Lane in Mars.

Those who attend will learn how to deliver hospitality and create positive customer experiences, inspired by Chick-fil-A's customer service model.

All local businesses are encouraged to send employees, whether in retail, hospitality or any service-oriented business.

Sign in will start at 7:30 a.m., along with a breakfast.
