Westinghouse CEO leaving company

Cranberry Township based nuclear company Westinghouse Electric announced president and CEO Patrick Fragman will be leaving the company after five years in the role.

Fragman said he would be departing the roles on March 31 to spend more time in Europe with his family.

He will remain as an adviser for several more months and will be succeeded by Dan Sumner for now.

Sumner has been named deputy CEO and will lead the company in the interim as Westinghouse Electric’s board of directors looks for Fragman’s permanent replacement.
