A Cranberry Township woman was charged for driving under the influence of alcohol with her 8-year-old son in the car.

Hannah Faith Adler, 31, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of child endangerment and driving under the influence following a March 14 traffic stop in Cranberry Township.

Police said they received a call just before 8 p.m. about Adler driving to pick up her child from GetGo on Route 228 while intoxicated. Police said they followed her vehicle as she left the parking lot and witnessing her weaving erratically and almost striking the raised concrete median.

Police said Adler showed multiple signs of impairment and had a blood alcohol content of 0.236%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Adler’s preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
